It’s for leaders who take action, stay quick on their feet, and follow through. You’ll be handed challenges that don’t come with instructions—service pressure, staffing issues, systems that need tightening, menus that need refining.

We value chefs and managers who can assess a situation in real time, ask the right questions, and execute without hesitation. We’re also looking for leaders who take ownership of mastering the systems and equipment we use—POS, inventory tools, scheduling platforms, kitchen equipment, and operational workflows—and who can then train others to use them correctly.

Responsibilities Provide hands-on leadership across all Manage restaurant financial performance, including Oversee weekly and monthly P&L

Manage restaurant financial performance, including analysis and control of COGS, labor, and operating expenses to meet or exceed budgeted goals
Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering an environment of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality excellence
Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless coordination between service and kitchen teams
Create and manage schedules, ensuring proper coverage and labor efficiency

Provide hands-on leadership across all front and back of house operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards
Monitor and elevate guest satisfaction through table touches, service recovery, and proactive communication
Oversee weekly and monthly P&L reviews, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
Maintain operational compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3–5 years of full-service Strong financial acumen with demonstrated Proven ability to lead and

In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, from kitchen production to floor management
Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across multiple departments
