We are looking for a bright, reliable, and customer service oriented person to join our team!
Responsibilities include promptly answering the telephone and emails, coordinating patient care, assisting in establishing new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, sales of both over-the-counter and prescription products, processing payments, maintaining reception area, and working closely with doctors and technicians.
This individual must have a positive attitude, ability to work in a fast paced environment, strong organizational and communication skills, be detail orientated, and work well with others. We can not stress enough the importance that this individual have a strong background in customer service. We are willing to train an individual with less veterinary experience if they have a natural passion in creating a unique and exceptional experience for our clients and their pets.
Applicants must be flexible with working both morning and afternoon shifts as well as Saturdays.
