The Budd Group has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Janitorial Specialty Services Technician to travel to different locations in the Nashville and surrounding area, keeping premises of commercial or institutional buildings in clean, safe and orderly condition.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Days: Tuesday - Saturday
Hours: 40 hours a week (Overtime Possible); Schedule varies based on Client needs.
Location: Nashville and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

• Travel between client sites
• Monitor areas daily for trash & empty trash receptacles
• Wipe exterior & interior of each elevator cab
• Clean offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways
• Provide assistance with outside cleaning, may include sweeping sidewalks and pick up trash.
• Sweeping and cleaning storm drains and ditches
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms, refinishes floors, cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Assist in project cleaning, or washing out side walls and windows.
• Assist setting up meeting rooms, including lifting and removing furniture from rooms, taking down tables and chairs
• Provide light maintenance service if needed
• Dust all horizontal surfaces
• Clean and organize storage areas inside/outside, and use a pressure washer to clean concrete outside
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor, according to the scope or work.

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Must have valid drivers license & have clear driving record
• Must be able to pass background check & drug screen
• Must be able to travel from site to site
• Must be flexible in availability to work on different shifts as needed
