Analyze and interpret financial data to support strategic decision-making processes. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management and stakeholders. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information for various projects and initiatives. Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of potential business decisions. Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for cost-saving measures. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies. Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in financial analysis. Train and mentor junior financial analysts. Support the organization's mission, vision, and values through the delivery of high-quality financial analysis and reporting. Maintain confidentiality of all financial information and data.
