About this role Financial Accountant Our client in You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities

Financial Accountant Our client in South Dublin is seeking a fully qualified Financial Accountant to join their team. You will be responsible for leading a small team, managing day-to-day financial activities, preparing accurate reports, and supporting management.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Responsibilities Prepare management accounts and financial Manage accounts payable and receivable Manage bank accounts and deal

Support project costing and financial analysis for developments
Liaise with external auditors and manage year-end processes
Implement and maintain robust financial controls
Tax compliance filings for VAT, PAYE, RCT, etc

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Prepare management accounts and financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Manage bank accounts and deal with bank queries

Required Skills & Experience Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA Minimum 2 years post- experience, ideally in an industry

experience, ideally in an industry setting (property development or construction experience is a plus)
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax compliance
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of project accounting and cost control is highly desirable
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum 2 years post-
