Lead menu development, innovation, and new concept creation across all outlets • Take full ownership of financial performance, including food cost, labour, budgeting, and profitability • Provide visible, hands-on leadership during service, VIP occasions, and signature resort events • Build, inspire, and develop a world-class culinary team, fostering talent, succession, and long-term careers • Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage, Events, Sales, Finance, and senior leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience • Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and operational excellence
Candidate Requirements: • An accomplished Resort Executive Chef, Executive Chef, or equivalent senior culinary leader within a luxury hotel or resort • Internationally experienced, with a strong understanding of multi-outlet, high-volume operations • Commercially astute, with a proven ability to balance creativity and financial performance • Experienced in leading pre-openings, refurbishments, or transformative culinary projects • A natural leader who inspires teams through presence, passion, and professionalism • Deeply committed to quality, craftsmanship, and developing the next generation of culinary talent • Must have the legal right to work and reside in Ireland
