The role: Drain Cleaner/Light Plumber Pay: $19-$25/hour — Pay increase after training period + Commissions. Schedule: Flexible and multiple shifts available. Shift differentials available. The goal of the Plumbing Drain Technician is to restore flow as assigned in the most efficient manner with the highest quality client experience. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing, cleaning, and maintaining residential plumbing drain systems. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to residential and light commercial service calls. • Build repour and describe diagnosed problems to customers and provide solutions. • Explains the features and benefits of each solution. Obtains agreement for services before performing work and collect payment. • Maintain truck inventory of parts and restock truck to minimum stock levels. • Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and co-workers. • Wear all applicable Personal Protective gear while operating in a safe manner. • Participation in required staff meetings and training. • Provide Camera service for mainline stoppages as needed.
