Job Description
A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to oversee all HR functions and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Review and enhance management training programs to improve employee engagement and retention
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent while enhancing employee engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
Experience as a leader and human resources executive with industry experience
Ability to analyze and interpret complex HR documents
Well organized, self-directed, and decisive
