About this role

Support a short-term Contract assignment in Wilmington, Delaware Ideal for someone who works carefully with large sets of information and adapts quickly to unfamiliar software Focus on maintaining data accuracy and helping the team complete a time-sensitive project over a 4-8 week period

Responsibilities

Assist in transferring data from an existing financial planning platform to a new system
Input and update large volumes of information with precision and consistency
Investigate and correct mismatched or incomplete records
Learn and effectively use new software tools

Review records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment across systems
Follow established procedures for record handling and updates
Uphold data quality standards and keep work on schedule

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in an onsite project setting
Preferred: Background in data migration, system conversion, or legacy-to-new-platform data transfer
At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related administrative support role
Ability to learn new applications quickly and adapt to changing project needs

Preferred: Previous exposure to financial planning software or transferable platforms like Salesforce
Strong typing ability with consistent accuracy in entering numeric and text-based information
Experience identifying and resolving data discrepancies with attention to detail
Comfort working with high-volume data sets and computer-based record systems
