What You’ll Do • Provide friendly, professional customer service — answer questions, process policy updates, and assist clients with their coverage needs. • Generate and follow up on quotes for auto, home, renters, and life insurance. • Reach out to existing and prospective customers to identify needs and recommend solutions. • Support daily office operations, recordkeeping, and policy management. • Collaborate with your team to meet sales, service, and retention goals.
