Responsibilities Installing, maintaining, and repairing solar Conducting electrical wiring, commissioning, and Ensuring adherence to electrical and

Installing, maintaining, and repairing solar PV systems and equipment (e.g., inverters, racking systems, batteries, charge controllers)
Collaborating closely with the Field Manager and team members to ensure timely project completion
Operating tools and equipment (such as drills, saws, and ladders) to complete installation tasks
Leading a crew consisting of three individuals, including apprentices and solar installers

Conducting electrical wiring, commissioning, and testing of solar PV systems to ensure optimal functionality
Maintaining a safe and productive work environment by strictly following safety standards and building codes
Ensuring adherence to electrical and safety standards while promptly addressing technical issues
Assisting senior electricians in troubleshooting and repairing solar PV systems when necessary

Required Skills & Experience Electrical: 5 years (preferred) Licence/Certification Red Seal Certificate (preferred)
