Job Description

Professional Experience:

  • Someone that understands the accounting side and is familiar with GL and processes, will work closely with the Senior Director on the close items
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining complex financial models to support upcoming finance, investment decisions, valuation, etc.
  • A “can do” attitude that is used to the changing priorities of an early-stage biotech organization
  • Enhance the FP&A process and procedures including management reporting pack and financial modelling
  • Strong communicator that works well with non-finance stakeholders, Business Partnering minded and able to produce board presentation quality reports and insight

Must Haves:

  • Previous scaling life sciences/biotech experience and familiar with creating the required financial reporting data and producing presentations for investors
  • Experience with NetSuite and is advanced/comfortable with its functionality
  • Experience leading and managing the FP&A function/process, that can make recommendations and suggestions to lead the management team backed up with detailed reporting
  • Clinical modeling experience a huge plus
