EARTH WORK SUPERINTENDENT Job Summary We are seeking an Earth Work Superintendent with a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience working on White Sands Missile Range. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in dirt work and culvert installation, and the ability to oversee field operations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate all earthwork activities, including excavation, grading, backfilling, and culvert installation. • Ensure all work meets contract specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. • Manage crew scheduling, productivity, and on-site problem solving. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. • Monitor materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance. • Maintain daily logs and progress reports. Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Earth Work Superintendent on projects at White Sands Missile Range. • Strong background in dirt work and culvert installation. • Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance requirements for military installations. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one preferred.
