About this role

We are seeking a motivated Communications Assistant for an immediate start in Orlando. This role supports internal coordination and customer communication, helping ensure that information flows efficiently between teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with internal communications between office and field teams
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Support scheduling and coordination of services
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and updates
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks
  • Help ensure timely and professional information delivery

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
