Intern Orientation Highlights
Internship Program Requirements:
- Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027. Must have overall 2.8GPA
- Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.
- Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.
- Background Check:
- Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience by working on valuable tasks within our origination teams and engaging with grain producers both over the phone and in person.
- Complete and present a project identified by the local team that benefits ADM’s customer engagement or market position.
- Contribute to regional and overall grain origination objectives and initiatives.
- Develop a working knowledge of the customer and local market dynamics in your territory, including potential selling opportunities and tailored risk management solutions that meet specific marketing goals for producers.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within ADM’s portfolio to benefit producers.
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with internal colleagues across various divisions.
- Engage with accounting and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate accounting and contract management.
- Effectively communicate ADMs competitive advantages and vulnerabilities to key internal stakeholders to further the company’s development and success.
