Intern Orientation Highlights

Internship Program Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027. Must have overall 2.8GPA
  • Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.
  • Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.
  • Background Check:
  • Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.

Job Summary:



Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain hands-on experience by working on valuable tasks within our origination teams and engaging with grain producers both over the phone and in person.
  • Complete and present a project identified by the local team that benefits ADM’s customer engagement or market position.
  • Contribute to regional and overall grain origination objectives and initiatives.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the customer and local market dynamics in your territory, including potential selling opportunities and tailored risk management solutions that meet specific marketing goals for producers.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within ADM’s portfolio to benefit producers.
  • Build positive, collaborative relationships with internal colleagues across various divisions.
  • Engage with accounting and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate accounting and contract management.
  • Effectively communicate ADMs competitive advantages and vulnerabilities to key internal stakeholders to further the company’s development and success.
