Work Schedule :75% FTE, temporary position. Monday through Friday as schedule permits. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:
- Coordinate and process incoming occupational health assessments (B-reads) for organizations across the country.
- Distribute final B-read reports via facsimile when completed.
- Track monthly B-read reports in Excel for billing purposes.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associates Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
- 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
