We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:
Coordinate and process incoming occupational health assessments (B-reads) for organizations across the country.
Distribute final B-read reports via facsimile when completed.
Track monthly B-read reports in Excel for billing purposes.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Associates Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred
Work Experience
1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
