The NHS Clinical Contract Coordinator is responsible for developing clinical partnerships for student clinical opportunities for all programs in the Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences (Communication Sciences and Disorders, Exercise Science, Health Science, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy). This position will work collaboratively with multiple entities to initiate and maintain clinical contract requirements for each of our clinical partners.

Duties:

• Collaborate with all clinical partners to initiate and maintain clinical contracts for the Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
• Establish or maintain the process and programs used to monitor and track clinical contract completion and maintenance of established contracts.
• Collaborate with the Academic Fieldwork/Clinical Coordinators, Nursing Clinical Compliance Coordinator, Clinical Leads to ensure clinical compliance as outlined in the clinical contracts.
• Communicate revisions or changes to clinical contracts to students, faculty, clinical partners, and administration.
• Assists the Nursing Clinical Compliance Coordinator to ensure clinical compliance for nursing faculty and students.
• The NHS Clinical Contract Coordinator and Nursing Clinical Compliance Coordinator will be cross trained to assist each other as needed.
• Assists with tracking and management of articulation agreements and other data related to clinical programs within the college.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leaders and Associate Deans within the Saint Luke’s College

of Nursing and Health Sciences for other duties or special projects as needed.

• Collaborates with Keypath and MSN Program Director to facilitate graduate student practicum placement

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in higher education. Demonstrated experience in contract review and management preferred.

• Knowledge of technology, especially accessibility tools, online student success software, Adobe, Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, and detail oriented.
• Able to establish and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with students, faculty members, and staff, to work as a valuable team player, as well as function independently while managing and prioritizing multiple job assignments.
