$9,600 - $10,800 salary
Overtime paid at 1 1/2

The CSA must be:

Reports to: Administration / Office Manager
Works with: Office Manager and other office staff

Attend to clients, deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face, and supply information regarding the organization to the general public and customers
The CSA will need to be able to sit at least 6 hours a day, getting up and walking frequently to assist office staff or helping in the office as needed, lift no more than the equivalent of a case paper, work on some limited but repetitive tasks such as data entry, counting papers, etc. Always maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
