You will work as part of a passionate & dynamic culinary team delivering fine dining, wedding banquets, and bespoke guest experiences
• Take full responsibility for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your assigned section • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation • Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all services, including fine dining, weddings, and events • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development, tastings, and seasonal menu planning • Supervise, train, and mentor Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters as required • Ensure compliance with all HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times • Manage stock levels for your section, minimizing waste and supporting cost control • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation • Communicate effectively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service Skills & Experience Required • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie • Experience in a fine dining, hotel, or high-end restaurant
preferred • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure • Excellent organizational and time-management skills •
Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP standards • A positive, professional attitude and strong team ethic
