The Chef de Partie will manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the efficient preparation, cooking and presentation of food in line with the employer's standards and hygiene regulations. The Chef de Partie will play a key role in maintaining quality, consistency and food safety. Requirements: 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie essential.
