Your day to day as a Case Manager

As a new Case Manager at Wasatch Behavioral Health, you can expect to work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and provide referrals to necessary services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting client assessments, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, and documenting all interactions accurately. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm to ensure you can meet the needs of our clients effectively. Additionally, youll have the opportunity to participate in regular team meetings and trainings to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

Requirements & Knowledge

GED or High School Diploma

Graduation with a Bachelors degree in any field

Social work practice and methods, and working towards SSW licensure

Completion of coursework required by Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing to apply for SSW licensure per Utah Code 58-60-205:

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
