It is what we do at Frontier Community Credit Union. We are looking for a service-oriented individual to fill our Part-Time Call Center Representative position in Leavenworth. Our Call Center Representatives provide exceptional service primarily through phone, email and chat communication to inbound callers and members. This will include receiving and resolving a comprehensive variety of financial requests, such as transferring money from member accounts and maintaining member records; inquiries, as well as researching and resolving escalated cases.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 10:00am - 2:00 pm Alternating Saturday 8:45am - 12:00pm

Other Call Center Duties Include:

  • Providing prompt, accurate, professional and friendly service to all of our members
  • Requires problem-solving when the established procedure does not fully address inquiry
  • Adhere to compliance policies when resolving client issues
  • Preparing required daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintaining a dependable record of attendance and timeliness

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum one - two years related experience (call center experience, customer service)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Intermediate computer skills including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), and the ability to learn and navigate multiple technology platforms while interacting with members
  • Spanish Speaking is a plus and comes with a pay differential
