Location: Brentwood, TennesseeJob Type: Contract to PermCompensation Range: $42 - 47 per hour
We are seeking a talented and creative Brand Marketing Manager to expand our client's reach and enhance their brand presence!As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client's marketing strategy team, reporting to the Marketing Strategy Director. This individual will be responsible for managing the implementation of marketing strategies and programs across our enterprise, including brand initiatives, scalable campaigns, service line marketing initiatives, and marketing research and insights. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced business acumen, strategic thinking, and a collaborative personality. Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Research/Insights Leadership
Assist in developing enterprise and division-level marketing plans encompassing brand, B2C, B2B, and operational components.
Organize and summarize quantitative and qualitative research to guide strategy and execution.
Support discovery efforts to identify opportunities and provide solution recommendations for new projects.
Track enterprise marketing initiatives and provide analysis for further evaluation.
Marketing Initiative Leadership & Collaboration
Develop platforms to track division-led marketing initiatives and share best practices across divisions.
Act as a resource for division marketing leaders, facilitating decision-making and progress on projects.
Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and align marketing strategies with business priorities.
Work in partnership with various business areas to ensure alignment with policies and growth priorities.
Marketing & Corporate Affairs Initiative Implementation
Develop initiative proposals including strategy definition, resourcing, budgeting, and timing.
Provide analysis of initiatives and define business recommendations for further evaluation or investment.
Manage budget related to enterprise marketing initiatives, including brand.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful implementation of initiatives.
Additional Core Responsibilities
Serve as an advisor and thought leader to internal business units on marketing strategy and opportunity assessment.
Share best practices and enterprise knowledge with team members.
Build and maintain relationships with enterprise leadership, business sponsors, and vendors.
Qualifications:
Experience level: Manager
Bachelor's degree required.
1+ years of management experience.
5+ years of relevant work experience.
