Honkamp, P.C., a top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory group (Accounting Today, 2023) is seeking a highly motivated accounting student to join our team as an assurance intern. Our internships expose you to a variety of assignments and hands-on experience that will provide realistic insight into the profession, as well as to Honkamp culture and practice.
Responsibilities may include:
- Developing an understanding of financial reporting requirements applicable to assigned areas
- Assisting in preparation of working papers toward the completion of audit, review and compilation services
- Assisting with the delivery of client service and maintenance of client relationships
Requires:
- Strong academic track record
- Critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
