Our mission is to solve plumbing problems quickly and efficiently. Summary We are seeking an Apprentice Plumber to join our dynamic team in California.

In this role, you will contribute to our mission by assisting experienced plumbers in delivering high-quality plumbing services. This position is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities Assist licensed plumbers with installation, Learn to read blueprints and Utilize hand and power tools

Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites
Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively

Learn to read blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts
Help with pipe threading and other plumbing tasks as directed
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times

Required Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Basic understanding of plumbing principles Experience with hand tools and

Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn is preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Basic understanding of plumbing principles preferred
Mechanical knowledge is highly valued

Previous construction or field service experience is a plus
Experience with hand tools and power tools is essential
High school diploma or equivalent required
