In this role, you will contribute to our mission by assisting experienced plumbers in delivering high-quality plumbing services. This position is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities • Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. • Learn to read blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts. • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively. • Help with pipe threading and other plumbing tasks as directed. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites. • Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times. • Communicate effectively with team members and clients. • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Basic understanding of plumbing principles preferred. • Experience with hand tools and power tools is essential. • Mechanical knowledge is highly valued. • Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn is preferred. • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. • Previous construction or field service experience is a plus.
