The Glenview at Pelican Bay is a premier continuing care retirement community located in beautiful, sunny Naples, Florida.

We are currently considering candidates for a hospitality focused Clinical Administrative Assistant. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding and superior hospitality.

We currently have the following shifts available: Part-time, 20 hours per week.

The Clinical Administrative Assistant at The Glenview at Pelican Bay is responsible for assisting Medical Records and the Unit Secretary with a variety of administrative duties.

The Clinical Administrative Assistant is responsible for the following services including but not limited to:

  • Accepts and records, as directed, payments, reservations, appointments, and cancellations.
  • Schedule all resident appointment. Filling out appointment cards distribute to the resident. Prepare packet for appointment.
  • Schedule any/all transportation needs.
  • Assist with lab and radiology orders.
  • Responsible for scanning quality review of medical records.
  • Assembles and copies admission packets.
  • Assist with product management; scan new products.
  • Assemble and break down medical record charts.
  • Compiles admission packets and products for central supply.
  • Cover receptionist desk when needed.
  • Communicates to the appropriate parties, promptly and clearly, all messages and material directed to them through the business office.
  • Attends daily stand up meetings and reports appointments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School graduate preferred. Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner.
  • Typing experience with other business machines desirable.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must pass an extensive criminal background check and drug screen.
