Responsibilities As a Retail Accountant, you Your will include

Consultation & Planning: Provide operational consultation and tax planning services to enhance overall business performance and drive profitability
Financial Operations Support: Undertake additional tasks as needed to support and optimize overall financial operations
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

As a Retail Accountant, you will play a crucial role in compiling and analyzing financial statements for 15 to 20 grocery stores.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely income tax returns for both individual clients and corporate entities

Required Skills & Experience Experience: Minimum of three years Education: A bachelors degree in Familiarity with the grocery industry

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for conveying complex financial information clearly and concisely
Handle Pressure: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
Travel: Some travel may be necessary for client consultations and store visits
Familiarity with the grocery industry is a plus

Experience: Minimum of three years in accounting, specifically in financial statement compilation and small business consulting
Organization: Excellent organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities
Education: A bachelors degree in accounting or a related field is required.
