Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home caregiving agency dedicated to serving older adults across West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Our mission is to help our clients age in place with dignity, and we are deeply committed to providing the highest quality of care to those who once cared for us. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our team in Amarillo. This role offers a flexible schedule of approximately 20-25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on our needs and your availability. The compensation for this position is $15 per hour, with bonus opportunities available based on your performance. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: • Networking and attending local events to build connections. • Identifying and developing new referral sources to expand our reach. • Providing valuable strategic input and feedback on local happenings that could impact our marketing efforts. • Securing opportunities to present information about Cornerstone Caregiving and educate individuals and groups about our services. • Independently planning and delivering some presentations to prospective clients and referral partners. • Collaborating with other team members on larger presentations and marketing initiatives as needed. Job Summary As a Part-Time Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Assistant Operating Director to support marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, community engagement, and lead generation. The focus will be gathering photo images for digital marketing efforts, creating promotional materials, and supporting community outreach programs on a part-time schedule. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Marketing & Branding a. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote services and increase brand visibility. b. Create and distribute marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, social media content, etc.). c. Maintain and grow the organization’s social media presence with consistent messaging and branding. 2. Community Engagement a. Support planning and coordination of community events and outreach efforts. b. Collaborate with the team to ensure all promotional materials align with company standards. c. Represent the company at select local events to increase brand recognition. d. Research local marketing opportunities and community partnerships. 3. _ Community Engagement: _ a. Develop and implement strategies for community engagement that enhance brand visibility and loyalty. b. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in community engagement. Required Skills ● Highschool diploma required; ● Proven experience in project management, preferably in a community-focused environment. ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. ● Creative mindset with a passion for community building and brand development. Physical Requirements ● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or working events. ● Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance. ● Required travel up to 75% of the time.
