Job Description
Power Innovations International is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our EV Charging product line, including Uni-Directional and Bi-Directional charging solutions. This role is responsible for guiding the full life cycle of the product line—from strategic planning and financial oversight to customer engagement and new product development. What You’ll Do • Lead the EV Charging product line, overseeing revenue, margin performance, product strategy, and roadmap execution. • Manage the complete product life cycle for EV Charging hardware and embedded firmware. • Assess financial feasibility and profitability of programs and product families in collaboration with sales, marketing, and project management. • Gather and document voice-of-customer insights and broader market intelligence to drive new product development and align offerings with customer needs. • Create and maintain training materials and sales enablement tools to support internal teams and contribute to a positive digital customer experience. • Conduct competitive analysis and produce product comparison assessments. • Provide application support for Pii’s Uni-Directional and Bi-Directional EV Charging portfolio. • Travel as needed to meet with customers and collect VOC insights.
