Job Description
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Digital Experience to lead the development and optimization of digital experiences across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a digital experience roadmap aligned with the company's multi-product strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deliver impactful digital features and optimizations
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to advocate for data-informed decision making and customer-centric strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of product management or digital experience optimization in fintech or financial services
Strong analytical skills to define KPIs and structure A / B tests
Experience in UX principles and customer journey mapping
Ability to collaborate with engineering, analytics, marketing, and compliance teams
Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and managing stakeholders effectively
