Key Responsibilities Define and execute the vision and roadmap for AI-driven sales enablement tools Run structured discovery sessions with Loan Officers to identify AI use cases and measure success Evaluate and approve third-party AI vendors while managing risk and compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum six years of experience in Product Management, Sales Enablement, or Process Improvement Hands-on experience with enterprise risk / governance and third-party approvals AI literacy, including understanding of LLM strengths and limitations Working knowledge of integrations and enterprise app ecosystemsMin Qualification
