Sales Representative – In-Home (Full Benefits + Paid Training) We’re seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll run 2–3 daily pre-qualified, no cold calling appointments with homeowners who are ready to transform their living spaces. This is a W-2 role with full benefits and uncapped earning potential. Compensation & Perks • Base Salary: $26,000/year • Uncapped Commissions: 5% on all floor pricing sales • Profit Bonus: 50% of any amount sold above floor pricing • Volume Bonus: Tiered, based on monthly sales • Average 2024 Earnings: $285,000+ (range: $180K–$760K) • Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and free life insurance Schedule • Appointments typically set for 10am, 2pm, and 6pm (Mon–Fri) • Saturdays: 10am & 2pm • Days Off: Every Sunday + every other Friday • Travel radius: up to 120 miles Paid Training We provide a 3-week paid One-Call Close Sales Training Program in Madison, WI. • First 2 weeks: Classroom training (travel, hotel & meals covered) • Week 3: Field training with mentorship • Next class begins: October 13th What We’re Looking For • Strong communication skills and confidence in working with homeowners • High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment • Commitment to full-time schedule, including evenings & Saturdays • Self-motivated with a desire to earn at the highest levels If you’re ready to take control of your income and career, apply today and join a team where your hard work directly determines your success. #ind1 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $180,000.00 - $285,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Are you able to commit to a three-week training program in Madison, WI?
