What You’ll Gain • Base salary plus an achievable commission structure (OTE €50,000+) • Company vehicle and fuel allowance • Daily lunch allowance • Training/KPI bonus • Paid annual leave • Performance-based bonus incentives • Expert in-house training to help you achieve your targets • Monday–Friday schedule for work/life balance What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for proven performers who know how to close: • Residential, door-to-door, or field sales experience (TV, Broadband, Utilities, etc.) • Persuasive communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivation with strong territory/time management • Confidence in overcoming objections and sealing the deal • Tech-savvy enough to manage digital reporting (we’ll train you) What You’ll Do • Represent one of Ireland’s top dairy brands • Engage households and convert interest into sales • Consistently meet or exceed weekly targets & KPIs • Report progress and feedback to your regional supervisor • Follow best practices in customer onboarding and reporting Candidates must be available to work betweek the hours of 12pm and 8pm. You must have a full, clean drivers license.
