Our Mobile Client Advisor will be responsible for building rapport with customers and presenting options, ensuring that customer expectations are met, and payment has been secured. Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for designing a comfort system for the customers • Perform a complete comfort survey and home analysis on every home. 1) Complete load calculation on every call 2) Complete inspection of all duct work 3) Perform comfort and air quality survey • Responsible for all paperwork financing, rebate, tax credit as well as ensuring collection of payment • Perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing and financing • Responsible for taking pictures of all existing work • Make a complete and accurate list of all equipment and material needed to complete an installation • Order all equipment and materials needed to complete installation, and assure they arrive in a timely manner • If temporary heating or cooling is required, it is the responsibility of the Comfort Advisor to deliver and pick up equipment • Thoroughly communicate and explain all guarantees and warranties to the customer • Communicate sum and details of job to the Lead HVAC Installer • Stay in contact with Lead HVAC Installer to insure there are no issues with the installation that need resolved • Follow up with customer within 2 days of installation, for satisfaction Education and Qualifications: • · #1 MOST IMPORTANT: Customer service oriented • · Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record • · High school or equivalent education • · Excellent Computer skills • · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • · Professional phone skills • · Strong interpersonal skills • · Energetic personality • · Well-organized and able to work independently Personal Attributes: • Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to excel • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task • Ability to participate in a team environment. • Must be professional at all times. • Must be able to complete paperwork legibly Job Type: Full-time Pay: Commission Based Pay, Typically starting at $50,000 annually • This will be either a direct hire position OR a subcontractor position, and it will be determined at a later date.* • Applications will be maintained on file for 90 days. • Making false statements or omitting information is grounds for dismissal of application and/or job offer and/or grounds for termination after hire.
