We believe in growing talent from within, and our Manager in Training (MIT) Program is designed to prepare driven individuals for leadership roles in our Direct Marketing Department. As a Manager in Training, you will learn every aspect of direct marketing operations, including team leadership, event coordination, campaign execution, and performance optimization. This is a structured program that combines hands-on training with leadership development, designed to fast-track your career into a management position. What You’ll Do • Learn to recruit, train, and lead a team of field marketers. • Assist with planning and managing local marketing events and outreach initiatives. • Analyze performance metrics and help implement strategies to achieve growth goals. • Collaborate with senior leaders on campaign development and execution. • Gain experience in scheduling, budgeting, and team motivation. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Self-motivated with a drive to grow into management. • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment. • Previous marketing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
