Job Description • Manage ground‑up mixed‑commercial projects ranging from $5M-$30M • Take projects from preconstruction through closeout (no "hand‑me‑downs") • Lead schedules, budgets, buyout, sub coordination, and client communication • Work closely with field leadership to keep projects running smoothly • Spend time in the office and on site - typically onsite at least once a week or as you see fit MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
