About the position As a Product Marketing Manager at Cornerstone, you will be responsible for managing various initiatives to ensure that the company's messaging and positioning are differentiated and consistent across all internal and external touchpoints. This role requires a deliberate, passionate, data-driven, and customer-focused individual to help drive the business forward by creating impactful marketing materials, analyzing market data, and influencing product vision and prioritization. Responsibilities • Create high-impact marketing and sales collateral such as whitepapers, datasheets, and executive presentations. • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to identify roadblocks and provide solutions. • Educate sales teams on product knowledge and market dynamics to enhance competitive positioning. • Anticipate competitive moves and recommend strategies to address them. • Analyze go-to-market data to quantify market opportunities. • Conduct deep customer analysis to inform positioning and messaging. • Define and implement a product vision that fosters market thought leadership. • Influence product plans by collaborating with corporate marketing, product management, and sales teams. • Create and execute marketing plans for product launches. • Assist in marketing events with content curation and customer outreach. • Develop sales enablement tools and materials. • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to shape points of view and inform decisions. • Serve as a spokesperson and industry expert for Cornerstone. • Convert facts and insights into persuasive storytelling. • Ensure operational excellence through consistent execution. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in a product marketing or related role. • MBA preferred, but not required. • Experience in a B2B SaaS company strongly preferred. • Experience working directly with customers and sales teams. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Proven collaboration skills and ability to inspire action through others. • Self-starter with product, project, and business management skills. • Deep technical skills and insights for market differentiation.
