Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute email and lifecycle marketing strategies aligned with client goals
Manage automated flows and content calendars to enhance engagement and retention
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in email and lifecycle retention programs
B2C experience, preferably with enterprise or large-scale ecommerce brands
Hands-on experience with major ESPs and knowledge of HTML / CSS
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools
Strong analytical skills to translate data into recommendations
