We are currently seeking a dynamic and client-focused Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations for our Enterprise Portfolio Corporate Services account at ADP, located in the vibrant city of El Paso, Texas. This high-impact leadership role encompasses oversight of two corporate buildings and multiple culinary platforms including cafeterias, catering services, and micro-markets. The Executive Chef will be the primary driver behind daily culinary innovation, ensuring quality, service excellence, and the successful execution of Sodexo's culinary standards and wellness initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to lead a high-profile account with room to innovate and grow, benefiting from Sodexo's competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will have the ability to create cost-effective, seasonal menus that meet client preferences while managing food production, quality control, and a diverse kitchen team. Compliance with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards is essential to maintaining the highest level of culinary excellence. The Executive Chef will also oversee catering execution and support special events, monitor budgets and food costs, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
