Role: Marketing Manager - Human Capital Management
We’re seeking an HCM Marketing Channel Manager who will lead strategy, content, and co-marketing programs for our HCM and payroll partners. This role bridges Marketing and Sales to improve partner engagement, grow sourced revenue, and amplify our integration value.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Own HCM channel messaging, GTM strategy, and partner segmentation.
• Build partner enablement (launch kits, integration one-pagers, sales scripts, co-branded collateral).
• Develop co-marketing programs (webinars, email plays, events, partner campaigns).
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partner Management on integration narratives and adoption.
• Monitor and report on partner-sourced and influenced revenue, and campaign performance.
• Ensure asset compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines.
What You Bring:
• 5+ years in partner/channel or B2B marketing with direct experience in the HCM, payroll, or HRIS space.
• Understanding of HCM buyer needs, HR tech ecosystems, and integration-led value props.
• Proven ability to create sales-oriented content and partner programs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Compliance, and RevOps.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Data-driven and comfortable reporting on pipeline, performance, and partner KPIs.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech or SaaS and with payroll integrations
