Industrial Electricians – 7/7 FIFO + Sign-on Bonus – Thunder Bay, ON This fly-in/fly-out Industrial Electrician position with KPIC Maintenance Services, a member of the FWS Group, is ideal for licensed tradespeople looking to work a steady 7/7 rotation. The role involves preventative maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and hands-on support at industrial mills and processing plants near Thunder Bay. A potential sign-on bonus and benefits package are offered. The position suits electricians with industrial experience and a strong safety mindset. Perks & benefits: • Fly-in & Fly-out • Sign-on Bonus • Competitive Wages • Profit Sharing, RRSPs, and Benefits What you’ll need: • Journeyman Electrician (or working toward it) • Electrical experience with 24V–575V, 3-phase systems • Ability to read schematics, flow diagrams, and logic controls • Experience with VFDs, PLCs, and motor controls • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist millwrights • Ability to work in harsh environments (dust, hot/cold) • Safety certifications (First Aid, Fall Arrest, WHMIS, CSTS, etc.) • No safety violations with FWS Group of Companies What will make you stand out: • Dual ticket or interest in Millwrighting • Sawmill or agricultural facility experience • Valid and current safety tickets • Supervisory or mentoring experienceApplying Instructions
