The Financial Analyst is an entry level professional role responsible for supporting the collection, analysis, and interpretation of financial data to achieve operational targets as well as preparing reports, models, presentations and recommendations for leaders and stakeholders. Working under close supervision, this job collaborates regularly with finance teams, supports fundamental projects, and delivers results that have a meaningful impact on operational achievement. Essential Job Function • Performs routine and impromptu monthly financial analysis and reporting. • Acquires, processes, and deciphers relevant financial data to facilitate decision-making activities. • are welcome to take part in the yearly or quarterly forecasting process, assessment of capital process, labor evaluation process, or end-of-month closure process. • Produces customary financial records and interprets the content, flagging any potential problems to the appropriate individuals. • Assists in preparing financial presentations by incorporating a range of formats, displays, charts, graphs, and models. • Retains a broad understanding of financial technology systems and oversees the management of tools and databases for precise financial data comprehension. • Offers assistance to operational leaders and finance teams in using financial systems effectively, analyzing data accurately, and grasping essential finance terminology. • Pinpoints discrepancies and brings data into agreement. • Discerns financial mistakes and conducts thorough inquiries to pinpoint their causes, offering relevant recommendations to resolve the issue at hand. • Undertakes supplementary responsibilities as needed.
