Job Description
The City of Palo Alto is seeking a skilled, journey-level Electrician to join the Regional Water Quality Control Plant (RWQCP), where your expertise will help support critical infrastructure that protects public health and the environment. This is an exciting opportunity to perform complex electrical work in an essential, mission-driven operation while contributing to reliable, sustainable services. Under general supervision, installs, services and maintains all types of electrical systems which includes, but is not limited to, SCADA system, instrumentation systems, motor control centers, machine controls, and chemical feed systems. Provides basic instruction and training and performs other related duties as assigned. Positions may be assigned to perform tasks in the following, but are not limited to, SCADA system, instrumentation systems, and WQCP.Applying Instructions
