Job Description

About the position The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing strategies for all business unit product lines. This includes development of marketing programs, event coordination and interaction with end customers to better understand customer and market needs. In addition, the marketing manager is supporting customer activities of the regional sales and sales development teams. Responsibilities • Lead the regional development and deployment of marketing programs to drive organic sales for the assigned product lines. • Act as key regional marketing resource for trade shows, Tech Days and other related National/International forums. • Collaborate with communication division and outside agencies to develop product literature and promotional material including sales tools, channel bulletins, NPD launch materials and website content. • Work with product managers to develop robust value propositions for Core Products. • Leverage marketing programs to generate awareness at customers and sales team members to drive revenue and help prospects through each stage of the sales funnel and to increase satisfaction of the customers. • Support acquiring knowledge on competitors, market share and potential threats to Danfoss from competitors. • Visit customers and provide customer trainings to support product management and sales teams. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in Marketing or related fields. Nice-to-haves • Masters degree / MBA in Marketing.
