Job Description
A Senior Manager is needed to lead program planning activities—including developing, integrating, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)—for a complex and dynamic defense‑related program. This contract role requires deep expertise in schedule integration, Earned Value Management (EVMS), and risk assessment within a classified environment. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, STEM, or related field. • 15+ years of planning or program management experience with extensive IMS and scheduling expertise. • Proficiency with scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Open Plan. • Experience leading scheduling and EVMS integration for project teams. • Active DoD Secret clearance is required (U.S. citizenship mandatory). Desired Skills & Experience • Strong background with planning/finance tool suites and operating in a classified EVMS environment. • Ability to integrate program technical solutions into the IMS and model complex workflows. • Skilled in SRA interpretation, schedule risk identification, and probability analyses. • Experience collaborating with SMEs and supporting hardware/software development teams (including Agile environments). #ECH Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $105.96 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance Work Location: In personMin Qualification
