Location: Willow Grove, PA (primary office) | Occasional travel to Philadelphia, PA
Compensation: $100,000 starting, plus a discretionary bonus

Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to serve as a senior HR leader and trusted partner to org leadership. This role oversees employee accountability, billable hours compliance, benefits administration, performance management, and HR policy development. The ideal candidate will bring experience in professional services or similar environments, a strong presence, and the ability to hold both staff and leadership accountable while supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage staff billable hours to ensure accountability and consistency
• Oversee annual goal-setting and performance management processes
• Manage benefits, open enrollment, and ongoing employee support
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations matters
• Support leadership with HR strategy, compliance, and best practices
• Maintain HR systems, documentation, and reporting
Qualifications
• Approximately 10+ years of HR experience (professional services preferred)
• Experience in a billable-hours environment
• Proven ability to manage benefits, performance reviews, and HR policies
• Strong communication, judgment, and leadership skills
• Comfortable working onsite with occasional travel
