Job Description
We are actively seeking a Korean-English Bilingual Entry-level Accountant at an Automotive parts manufacturer near Knoxville, Tennessee. Responsibilities for Korean-English Bilingual Entry-level Accountant: · Coordinate and track all accounting, finance activities at a manufacturing plant · Monitor overall costs operations within the plant – A/P, A/R. Cash flow, banking etc. · Support management team with budget planning and financial decisions with guidance · Ensure financial transactions, journal entries, vendor payments etc. records and reports are accurately filed and make improvement for maintenance of adequate system · Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes · Coordinate internal financial audits and taxation process · Prepare budgets accordingly by schedule following forecasting, analyzing, collecting, cost saving plans etc. · Ensure proper compliance with all regulations and internal financial policies and prevent any discrepancies in records · Collaborate with senior management team to formulate company’s business plan and attend corporate meetings Qualifications for Korean-English Bilingual Entry-level Accountant: · Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field · Must have 0-3 years of accounting and finance audit experience in the manufacturing industry. · Excellent Communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and analysis skills · Business-level in both Korean and English language skills required · Detail-oriented and analytical · Must be able to work responsibly, effectively, and independently when needed · Leadership, Teamwork, and able to work under a multicultural environment ========================================================= Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
