Senior Accountant (CPA) $75,000-$90,000 per year Are you a strategic, detail-oriented CPA looking for a career defining opportunity? About Us: We are a well established and highly respected public accounting two partner firm serving a diverse portfolio of clients across industries for over 20 years. With a focus on excellence, integrity, and long-term client relationships, we offer an exceptional work environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage client engagements across various industries • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and related reports • Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients • Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering professional development • Build and maintain strong client relationships through quality service and communication Requirements: • CPA certification (active and in good standing) • Working knowledge of accounting related software including Caseware, Profile/Taxprep and Excel • Minimum 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm, preferably in a supervisory role • Strong technical proficiency in Canadian accounting principles and tax regulations • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills • Ability to work well in a team environment • Commitment to client service, continuous improvement, and team leadership What We Offer: • Mentorship and structured development with potential pathway to partnership • $75,000 - $90,000 compensation plus commission/bonuses (depending on experience) • Continuing education reimbursement • Sick time benefits • A collaborative, respectful, and strong team culture Ready to Lead Your Future?
