We are seeking a skilled Staff Electrician to join a growing industrial automation team. This role focuses on building, wiring, and troubleshooting control panels, with opportunities for field support and long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do
• Build and wire industrial control panels from schematics
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Perform circuit testing, debugging, and functional checkout
• Support field installation and I/O checkout as needed
• Work closely with engineering and project teams
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years in panel building, controls, or industrial electrical work
• Strong schematic reading and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with testing, debugging, and I/O checkout
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safe wiring practices
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
